The Service Department is staffed with Harley-Davidson factory-trained, PHD-certified service technicians, ready, willing, and able to fulfill all your Harley® and Buell® motorcycle service needs. Our Service Department features a free-standing dyno room and a customer lounge for your convenience.
You will find our MotorClothes® Merchandise personnel are educated experts who are able to give you the guidance you'll need when purchasing all the riding gear you desire. They can help you with your individual riding needs or a gift for someone special. Ask them about our large selection of Harley® collectibles too!
Our Parts staff can answer your questions from maintenance to chrome accessorizing. If high performance is your desire, then talk to our trained specialists. They have the knowledge and experience to help you with all your needs.
We have consistently been one of the largest volume parts, accessory, and MotorClothes® Merchandise dealers in the country. If you need something and can't get to the store, give us a call. We ship daily. | Earl Small's Harley-Davidson opened for business in October of 1986 with a staff of three. Twenty-one years later, in a new larger facility, our staff has grown to almost 60. The dealership has grown steadily in sales of motorcycles, parts, accessories, and MotorClothes® merchandise. The facility has been expanded and remodeled five times, and we plan to keep on growing to serve you better! |
 The Sales Department is managed by Adam Dryden. Mike, Blu, Jay, George, Phil, Brian, Karl and Nathan are here to make your Harley purchase a truly enjoyable experience.
Our Buyers Assistants, Deana and Eddie, will help you with financing and insurance. Sue will make sure you get your tag and title.
Our Pre-Owned manager, Bob Sanchez, will help you ride out on any one of our "Pre-Loved" motorcycles.
Danielle manages the MotorClothes® Merchandise Department with help from Amanda, Cassy, Jacqueline, Chancie and Scott. Not only will you have a great looking motorcycle, but they will get you looking good dressed from head to toe in Genuine Harley-Davidson MotorClothes®. |
 The Parts & Accessories Department is managed by Mark Schmeling and is staffed by Jason, Annette, Tim, Eddie, John and Veach. Behind the scenes, Mike keeps control of inventory, receiving and the service parts counter.

 Our Service Department is headed up by Bill Morris. With Kelly, Lynne, Eddie and Gene as our service writers. James Vadner is shop foreman and our service support staff includes Scott, Buddy, Chris, Bobby, Larry, John, Jimmy and Ben. Reco and John will make sure your bike shines when you come pick it up. Our Service Department has over 167 years of combined experience!
The New Rider's Edge® Motorcycle Training Program and Harley-Davidson® Authorized Rentals programs are managed by Ray Earls with assistance from David and Hunter.
